Assessing An Antique Lamp’s Value

How much is an antique lamp worth?
I have inherited an antique lamp. It has a cherub base that could be copper or bronze. The shade has blue “slag” glass and the metal may be pewter, it is very pliable. It also has the initals PEH under each of the ornate ladys heads on the shade. Where could I find out its value?
